Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN | Columbus, OH | Days (4x10s) Special Procedures/Unit Details: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab - Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardioversion, Conduction Studies, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion Call Requirements: Travelers participate in one week of weekday call every two months and one weekend of call every two months. Weekday call is from 6:30 PM–7:00 AM following the regular shift. Weekend call consists of 24-hour coverage. Most call-ins are for pacemaker cases and typically last approximately 2 hours. Call volume is generally low, with travelers rarely called in during weekday call weeks and occasional weekend call-ins based on patient needs.
