Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Success Consultant will focus on training, support, and retention, ensuring clients maximize their M3 MI subscriptions by acting as a trusted advisor and product expert. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data, platform, and reporting questions Required qualifications Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
