Each year, we proudly help over 20,000 New Yorkers access critical health and social services. Were looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Peer Specialists.What Youll Do:Provide outreach and education to the immigrant community on healthcare access, social services, and immigrant rights.Offer interpretation, case management, and follow-up for individuals in need of support.Build relationships with community members and advocate for their needs.Help families adopt healthy behaviors and access the care they deserve.What Were Looking For:Fluent in Spanish/Mandarin and English.A compassionate advocate who enjoys working with diverse communities.Prior experience in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus.High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).Why Youll Love Working Here:Competitive pay.Comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision insurance.Generous paid time off.Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team making a real impact.This is a full-time role, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, with opportunities to grow within the organization.
