Join Our Team as a Server at Szechuan Village!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences? Szechuan Village, located in the heart of Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a friendly and professional server to join our team. If you have a knack for delivering top-notch customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do As a server at Szechuan Village, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining high service standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our authentic Szechuan dishes.
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
We’re searching for someone who brings professionalism and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
