The Closer position is focused on producing food for our customers as well as providing great customer service. Closers perform other job duties as well, including cleaning and resetting the restaurant for breakfast service. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment...late at night!Applicants, 16 and older, may apply.Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the timeAlways upholding our strict food safety standardsServing food and drink orders, accurately and quicklyAssisting in the preparation and care of our fresh ingredientsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWashing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environmentRequirementsThe ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers! Must be at least 16 years of age Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation Attendance and Punctuality a must Commitment to customer satisfaction Have a strong work ethic Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Team player Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills. Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another). Ability to work rapidly in an environment that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, etc. Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers. Basic Math skills Complete training certification
