Facilities Maintenance Lead We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead to perform a variety of custodial and grounds maintenance duties on a federal facility, according to contractual specifications. Shift: Mon-Fri 7a-4p – Driver TCH is a smoke & tobacco‑free workplace. Applicants must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. Two (2) years of related working experience is required. This position requires driving – must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39‑month clean driving record.
