We are seeking experienced and motivated Grill Cooks to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining cleanliness, speed, and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer requests
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill stations and kitchen areas
• Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen support tasks
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications:

• Previous grill cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
