About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Maintenance to provide strategic leadership and ensure the optimal performance of all maintenance operations across its production facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals, leading long-term planning for asset management and technology integration, and collaborating with the executive team to forecast capital expenditures and resource needs. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and technical excellence, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Maintenance include overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and managing a team of maintenance professionals across multiple locations. The role also involves budget and resource management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading safety and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' of progressive maintenance management experience in a related industry, and a proven track record of leading large, multi-site operations. Strong technical acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as is proficiency in CMMS, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
