This position owns the recruitment lifecycle from requisition planning through onboarding and serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner to operational leaders. Success in this position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, build candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through hire. Key Responsibiiities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple locations Partner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify current and future staffing needs Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community outreach Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews Prepare and extend job offers Maintain candidate engagement through regular communication and follow-up Track recruiting activity and staffing needs to ensure timely hiring results Talent Acquisition & Community Engagement: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions Develop recruiting strategies tailored to healthcare, technology, customer service, and commercial client environments Attend job fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives Build relationships with workforce development organizations, colleges, military programs, and community partners Promote the Securitas brand and employee value proposition in local markets Hiring & Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, employment verification, education verification, occupational health screenings, and drug testing Ensure onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time Create and maintain employee files Coordinate uniform and onboarding logistics for new hires Submit bonus payouts and hiring-related documentation as needed Partnership & Business Support: Build strong working relationships with operational leadership teams Provide recruiting updates, hiring forecasts, and staffing recommendations Support branch staffing initiatives and workforce planning efforts Assist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders Preferred: 2+ years of recruiting experience Experience in high-volume recruiting environments Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through onboarding Experience recruiting for healthcare, customer service, technology, operations, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, retail, security, or similar industries Experience supporting multiple locations or business units simultaneously What Makes You Successful A genuine passion for recruiting and identifying top talent A sense of urgency and strong follow-through The ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leaders Excellent customer service, organization, and relationship-building skills A commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience A desire to help build teams that support our mission of making the world a safer place Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Additional hours as needed for hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives Flexibility available based on business needs Our Mission Every person hired at Securitas contributes to our purpose: Helping make your world a safer place.
