- # Field TechnicianColorado Springs, CO, USApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID: 332375Job Title: Field TechnicianJob Category: Engineering and Technical SupportTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USAnticipated Posting End: 10/31/2026**The Opportunity:** CACI is looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our Field Services Team to provide on-site end-user support, telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs to a wide variety of telecommunications systems, and to other related systems.On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.**Responsibilities:** * Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops; troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, monitors, and docking stations; manage OS, BIOS, disk and data encryption.* Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.* Repair and restore data files, decrypt inaccessible files, apply and troubleshoot permissions.* Properly document actions in trouble tickets and meet all SLAs.* Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail, troubleshoot phone issues.* Configure print, scan, and fax features on multifunction devices, troubleshoot communication issues.* Assist with user moves, including connectivity, computers, and phones.* Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.* Assist other IT teams as needed. **Qualifications:** *Required:* * 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).* IAT Level II certification (Ex: Security+)* Must be proficient with Windows desktop operating systems.* Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook.* Must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.* Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.* Must have excellent time management skills.* Must be able to obtain secret clearance* Ability to lift and carry boxes of computers, monitors, and other hardware*Desired:** Experience with audio/visual systems* BitLocker* Remote Desktop support* OneDrive-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
