Patient Care Coordinator

We are currently hiring in Arlington and DC! Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Triage Patients
• Report pertinent patient information to clinicians
• Maintain an organized clinic and procedural schedule
• Maintain HIPPA compliance with patient records
• Verify and update patient insurance
• Gather office notes and imagine reports
• Follow Standard Precautions when interacting with patients
• Maintain cleanliness and order of examination and procedure rooms
• Knowledgeable with an EMR system
• Strong organizational skills
• Assist physician with injections and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proper and safe use of office equipment (C-arm, Ultrasound, etc)
