Overview Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Space/Counterspace Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers. Responsibilities Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign space capabilities including doctrine, strategy, communications and collection, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems, and emerging space technologies Collaborate with engineers and scientists on foreign space capabilities Benefits We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a team built by people who have served in the roles they now support. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign space or counterspace systems, doctrine, or programs 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years Bachelor's degree in a related field Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC Desired Qualifications Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs) Background with Space Force, NASIC, NSIC, or similar organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Streamline Defense
