Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager with 3+ years of experience to independently manage high-volume pre-litigation cases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Independently manage high-volume pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement preparation.
Maintain ongoing client communication, coordinate medical treatment/appointments, request medical records, and ensure quality client care.
Manage case files, including opening/closing files, calendaring events, insurance claims, and case development.
Resolve property damage (PD), loss-of-use claims, and coordinate Medi-Cal/Medi-Care lien reporting and resolution.
Prepare complete files for demand writers and settlement, including medical documentation and supporting case materials.
Qualifications:
3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury case management experience with strong pre-litigation expertise.
Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload of 80+ files with minimal supervision.
Fluent English/Spanish bilingual communication skills preferred.
Strong understanding of the injury claims process, medical terminology, treatment coordination, and medical records.
Excellent client communication, follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills; complex/high-value case experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
$30-$40/hour, depending on experience.
100% onsite position in Century City; onsite experience strongly preferred.
