Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Passion for evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• This position does not accept SLP Assistants (SLPAs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5th grade students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and set student-centered goals
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
• Provide consultative services and contribute to team meetings
• Participate in school-based professional development as required

This contract position offers highly competitive hourly compensation, starting at $40 per hour and increasing with experience level.
