About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of GME Operations and Associate Designated Institutional Official to lead the integration of graduate medical education within its community-based clinical learning environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership, performance, and accountability, ensuring the development and optimization of workflows, policies, and systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of the educational experience. This role requires a visionary executive with a Master's degree, proven capability in policy compliance, and a strong background in GME financial management. The VP will also be tasked with driving ACGME accreditation, fostering interprofessional collaboration, and leading strategic initiatives to support the organization's mission of preparing physician learners for compassionate, high-performing healthcare careers.
