Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead

Supporting the advancement of financial performance, the full-time Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead will provide analytics and reporting, mentor team members, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely from the Eastern United States. Key responsibilities: Develops self-service tools and analytical reporting for finance and operational leaders to drive cost reduction and improve decision-making Coordinates financial modeling for capital requests and business plans, while providing regular presentations of financial performance to leadership Mentors analysts and manages team performance, ensuring alignment with organizational financial and operational goals Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Minimum of 6 years of related work experience At least 4 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects Proficiency in financial analytics and performance software Experience in developing financial models and conducting advanced analytical tasks
