Full Stack Software Engineer

Software DeveloperWe are looking for experienced Software Developers with the following skills and education:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Systems Engineering)• Minimum of 11+ years of professional software development experience• Proficiency in Java and C#• Experience with modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and.NET• Hands-on experience developing solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle)• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and related tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Jenkins), including pipeline development, release management, and orchestration• Proficiency with scripting languages, preferably Python or PowerShell• Experience developing in both Windows and Linux environments• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions• Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining solutions within cloud environments (e.g., AWS or Azure)• Strong documentation skills, including developing concepts of operations and standards of practice for tiered maintenance support• Ability to interface with senior leadership and provide regular status update• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including:o Database design and administration conceptso CRUD operations and query optimizationo Implementing SQL commands within application codeo Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)o Understanding of data protection and data loss prevention considerations• Experience developing applications intended to operate across multiple networks or environments, including:o Disconnected, restricted, or differently classified networkso Designing applications with portability, security boundaries, and deployment constraints in mindo Adapting development practices to meet varying compliance, accreditation, and operational requirementsPreferred Education, Experience and Skills:• Hands-on experience working within AWS/Azure/cloud environments• Hands-on experience developing with Python• Hands-on experience developing with Ansible• Hands-on experience developing with Opentext NNMi• Hands-on experience developing with Cisco NSO• Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud• Deployment technologies like Ansible, Chet, Puppet, etc.• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
