HVAC Service Technician

About the Role We're looking for an HVAC Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to be part of a team. What You'll Do Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (commercial and residential) Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including reading and using wiring diagrams Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems Complete preventative maintenance and identify issues before they become larger problems Respond to service calls and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency Communicate clearly with customers, coordinators, and leadership Follow work orders, document work accurately, and ensure jobs are fully completed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times Work as part of a team - supporting others and asking for help when needed What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred) EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team Comfortable using tablets, dispatch systems, and digital work orders Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation time Paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Ncs Incorporated
