Project Manager - Oncology - US/Canada - Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Project Manager to oversee oncology clinical trials from initiation through closeout in a remote US/Canada role. The position involves coordinating technical, financial, and operational aspects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes within client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trials from start-up to closeout
• Coordinate across multiple functional areas and project teams to identify and resolve complex issues
• Ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations
• Collaborate with scientific and therapeutic leadership to implement proactive solutions
• Work with functional area leads to make informed business decisions on project matters

Requirements

• 5+ years clinical research industry experience in a CRO setting
• Proven experience managing oncology studies
• University or college degree in life sciences preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to travel when needed

Compensation: $112,000–$222,000 annually
