Job Title: Director of Rehab

Salary: $33-50 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Experience: Cannot take new grads

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our rehabilitation department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the rehabilitation department

- Manage and lead a team of therapists and support staff

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for patients

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

- Manage department budget and resources effectively

- Act as a liaison between the rehabilitation department and other departments within the organization

- Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, etc.)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting

- Previous management or leadership experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Current state license in discipline (PT, OT, SLP)

- CPR certification
