Summary Provide world-class service to guests while overseeing equipment, building systems and grounds at the Seattle Gallery. Lead and coordinate the facility maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure operational excellence, safety and reliability. Manage contractors, capital forecasting and departmental staffing to maintain high standards across the site. Responsibilities Lead, plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to meet service level expectations Oversee building and grounds maintenance including landscaping, parking lots, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, dock equipment, roofing and fire protection systems Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, HAZMAT and related safety requirements Recruit, hire, train and develop maintenance and general maintenance associates Forecast capital expenditures, negotiate contracts and arrange contractor services for specialized repairs Monitor budgets and purchasing to ensure value when sourcing supplies and repair parts Requirements 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an operations-focused environment Hands‑on experience repairing material handling equipment Proven ability to build teams, gain commitment and effectively manage decision‑making Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement and Excel proficiency Familiarity with RF systems Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
