• Shift: Regular hours, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; 24-hour weekend call
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (including outpatient clinic, inpatient, and call coverage)

• License/Certifications: Michigan Medical License, Board Certification in Neurology
• Experience: At least 3 years in neurology clinical settings preferred

What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurology care, including EEG readings and hospital coverage
• Interpret radiologic exams and perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and brain death examinations
• Respond to call coverage after hours, including nights and holidays
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex neurological cases
• Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
• Ensure high quality patient care in a hospital-based setting
• Contribute to the outpatient clinic during scheduled hours

What You Need
Required:

• Medical License in Michigan
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Ability to interpret EEGs and radiologic exams
• Experience with lumbar punctures, brain death exams, and evoked potentials
• Willingness to provide 24-hour call coverage

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient neurology setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
