6-bed Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Unit provides specialized care for patients recovering from cardiovascular surgery as well as those with complex cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring. This dynamic environment bridges the gap between intensive care and progressive care, offering nurses the opportunity to develop advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia management, and post-operative recovery.

About This Location:

Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457-bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties.
