About the Position Serves as Traffic Management Specialist for the 841st Transportation Battalion. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting with the coordination of cargo movements through commercial or military ports; 2) Monitoring contractor performance against contract requirements for services such as stevedoring or terminal operations; 3) Providing technical advice on transportation and cargo clearance requirements; and 4) Reviewing invoices and transportation documents for accuracy. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
