Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for our Subaru of Dayton dealership! We are adding multiple new sales professionals to grow our team. Responsibilities Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a vehicle demonstration Direct customers to product information resources, including internet‑available resources Perform on‑floor sales and handle walk‑ins Requirements Must have sales experience in the automotive industry Must possess good verbal and written communication skills Self‑motivation Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Drive to meet sales quotas and goals Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report Benefits Paid brand‑certified training Full menu of benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) options Paid time off and holiday pay Weekly paychecks Weekly hourly draw plus additional commissions and bonuses Potential to earn $60,000‑$90,000 annually President's Club for Sales Consultants The President's Club is an exclusive recognition for our most elite Sales Consultants.
