Category Implementation - IT Services Responsibilities Develop and implement the Global Master Category Strategy for IT Services Ensure on-time delivery of quality product which supports financial planning and sourcing Conduct supplier business unit reviews which allow stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future technologies Provide direct support to business owners for fast issue closure and relationship development Lead RFI/RFP/RFQs to obtain information which supports the category strategy development and competitive cost delivery of various IT Services initiatives Work directly with business owners to develop year-over-year product/service cost position Attend internal and external workshops with key stakeholders for continued process improvements Drive and support Supply Base optimization and strategic priorities through leverage of the Enterprise spend Build strong cross-functional relationships within the various internal business units and department to further align on strategic category vision and savings opportunities Be a progressive thinker, seeking out ways to drive efficiencies, find cost savings, or spend reduction opportunities, with intelligence of what is best in class Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience Strong enterprise technology business acumen (i.e. software, software, and services) Strong communicator, transitioning details to clear executive messaging Strategic thinker for category strategy development Builds relationships across organizations for decisions and alignment Analytical skills for data analysis and conversion Negotiation skills fostering results and relationships Proactive, resourceful; handles ambiguity well Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Collaborative leader and team player Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience Benefits Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases Tuition assistance Established and active employee resource groups Paid time off for individual and team community service A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time Salary This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
