TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!

Job Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Manage a diverse assignment of acute medical-surgical and telemetry-monitored patients.

• Telemetry Monitoring: Continuously read and interpret EKG/cardiac rhythms, identify dysrhythmias, and respond to critical telemetry alarms.

• Medication & IVs: Administer complex medications, maintain IV lines, manage specialized drips, and monitor patient responses.

• Status Management: Assess and document real-time changes in patient clinical status, escalating issues to physicians as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• License: Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of recent, dedicated MedSurg/Telemetry hospital experience. Prior travel experience is preferred.

• Certifications: Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Passing a telemetry proficiency test on day one is mandatory.

• System Competency: Electronic Health Record proficiency (experience with Meditech or Epic preferred).
