Duties will include supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants and LPN’s by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing staff to provide appropriate care for our residents. Chart information regarding resident: progress, diagnoses, medication, symptoms, and observations. supervising nursing staff the progress of residents, plan of care, and care continuum. Provide various treatments as recommended by the physician. physical assessments of residents. Nursing Supervisor (RN) qualifications include: Current Georgia RN License. 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community). Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead and foster teamwork. Strong organization and time management skills. Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
