Description $72,000-$80,000/year based on experience and location Bonus Opportunities Available! What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations while building a culture of excellence. You’ll: Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to deliver Western Syle hospitality. Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development. Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment inside and outside the restaurant. Partner with leadership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives. Uphold Cattlemens’ commitment to uncompromising hospitality and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Hands‑on restaurant operations experience (service, food, beverage, and sales). Strong people leadership and communication skills.
