Progressive row crop producer in **Nebraska** is seeking a skilled and dependable **Equipment Operator** who is also willing and ideally able to drive a semi for local grain hauls. This role is flexible and can be tailored to the individual s strengths, but preference will be given to candidates who are open to doing both equipment operation and truck driving, depending on the time of year.**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate a wide variety of modern farm equipment used in planting, spraying, harvesting, and general fieldwork (corn and other row crops).* Haul grain and farm commodities locally using semi-trucks and hopper-bottom trailers; home every night.* Perform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.* Adapt to varied tasks and changing responsibilities throughout the season.* Be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy able to work independently and take initiative.**Qualifications:*** Strong experience operating farm equipment; familiarity with precision ag technology a plus.* Willingness and ability to drive truck when needed; **CDL required or willingness to obtain one**.* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.* Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.* Flexible, family-oriented mindset; willing to pitch in wherever needed.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for **long-term stability**, a **positive workplace culture**, and meaningful work with a reputable Nebraska farm.**BENEFITS:**Paid Vacation**ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
