Esplanade at Azario Ranch , located in Bradenton, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Prep Cook ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions. Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies. Assist in preparing and cooking menu items. Ensure all food products are properly prepared before cooking. Maintain proper food storage and holding temperatures in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations. Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
