Key Responsibilities Partner with the dentist to develop patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Manage your schedule to allow comprehensive patient care and education. Expand knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in state of practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
