Property Maintenance Technician / Skilled Trades Professional
Jenkins Property Solutions is growing, and we're looking for experienced, dependable individuals who take pride in quality work.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
✔ Carpentry
✔ General Handyman Services
✔ Residential Maintenance
✔ Electrical Troubleshooting & Minor Repairs
✔ Plumbing Repairs & Fixture Replacement
✔ HVAC Maintenance & Filter Service
✔ General Construction
Our work focuses on maintaining and protecting homes through preventative maintenance, repairs, and small improvement projects. One day you may be replacing trim, the next troubleshooting a maintenance issue, completing seasonal services, or helping a homeowner stay ahead of costly repairs.
What we offer:
✅ Full Time or Part-time position with potential for full-time
✅ Primarily Monday–Friday schedule
✅ Most work between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
✅ Steady work with a variety of projects

We're looking for someone who:
• Has hands-on experience in residential maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade
• Can work independently and solve problems on-site
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Communicates professionally with homeowners
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Service area includes Fauquier, Loudoun, Clarke, and Frederick Counties, with opportunities to expand into surrounding areas.
