Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established financial institution in Southaven, MS. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a banking professional with strong loan documentation experience, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on familiarity with LaserPro.

The Loan Processor will support lending operations by preparing, reviewing, and processing accurate loan documentation while helping ensure files move efficiently through the lending process. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and process loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Manage multiple loan files while tracking deadlines, documentation status, and required follow-up.
- Use LaserPro to support loan documentation preparation and processing activities.
- Communicate with lenders, internal banking teams, and related parties to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain organized loan files and ensure records are complete and properly documented.
- Support a fast-paced lending environment with accuracy, professionalism, and strong follow-through.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $47,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time schedule.
- On-site position in Southaven, MS.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prepare and process loan documentation for banking and lending transactions.
- Manage multiple loan files, documentation requirements, and processing deadlines.
- Use LaserPro to prepare accurate loan documents and support lending operations.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant loan processing, loan documentation, or banking experience.
- Previous loan processing or loan documentation experience within a bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation requirements and lending processes.
- Hands-on LaserPro experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and file organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Commercial loan processing experience.
- Prior experience supporting loan officers, lenders, or banking operations teams.
- Strong LaserPro experience in a financial institution setting.
