The Technical Client Success Associate is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or early-careerprofessionals who are eager to build a career at the intersection oftechnology, SEO,AEOand enterprise client success. This is astructured learning role — you will be immersed in the day-to-day work of oursenior Technical Client Success Managers, gaining hands‑on exposure to the fullclient lifecycle across our SEO Automation platform. Learning & Shadowing Shadow senior TCSMs on live client calls, onboardingsessions, platform demos, and quarterly business reviews Observe how TCSMs diagnose technical platform issues,escalate internally, and communicate resolutions to clients Attend cross‑functional team meetings with Product,Technical Services, Sales, and Professional Services to understand each team'srole in client success Participate in a structured onboarding curriculum coveringthe seoClarity platform, SEO fundamentals, and our client success methodology Supporting Senior TCSMs Assist with preparation of client‑facing materials includingpresentations, training guides, and health check reports Help maintain accurate client records, activity logs, andtask tracking across CRM and project management tools Support data analysis projects using Excel and GoogleAnalytics, creating custom reports for enterprise clients Contribute to email campaigns, client surveys, and relationship‑nurturing outreach under TCSM guidance Review client requests and work with TCSMs in setting upTechnical Optimizations and Split Tests for clients in the seoClarity platform Building Platform & Technical Knowledge Develop deep familiarity with the seoClarity SEO Automationplatform through self‑directed study and structured training Learn to articulate platform functionality, technicalconcepts, and implementation best practices to both technical and non‑technicalaudiences Assist with configuration and setup tasks for new andexisting client implementations Requirements 4-year BA/BS degree (any discipline; Marketing,Business, Communications, or Computer Science preferred) Excellent written and verbal communicationskills — you can explain complex ideas clearly and confidently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, withsolid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data formatting) Comfortable presenting or speaking in front ofan audience Strong organizational skills and a highattention to detail Genuine curiosity about technology, digitalmarketing, and how search engines work Basic Understanding of HTML Preferred Internship orproject experience in marketing, customer success, account management, or atech‑related field Exposure toanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar) Familiaritywith SEO concepts or content optimization At seoClarity, we embrace and celebrate our differences.
