Job Summary

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned units, including Rehabilitation, Medical-Surgical, and Geriatric Psychiatry.
• Execute physician orders and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation each shift.
• Communicate critical patient information effectively through bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET).
