Job Description Job Description RN Case Manager's Scottsdale, Arizona Our client is NOW hiring for RN Case Managers in the Scottsdale area. These positions are full time with office hours of (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday) and are contract, long-term. Hourly rate of pay is $55.00 an hour. General Job Duties: Coordinate overall care for patients in-and-out of the medical clinic Act as a patient advocate to ensure that individual needs are met in the most effective and efficient way Establish a plan that helps a patient follow through on recommended treatments Communicate with patients and their families about the patient’s health condition Ensure that patients have transport to and from their homes Verify insurance information on behalf of the patient General Job Requirements: RN Unencumbered License in the State of Arizona Bachelor's degree in nursing Prior experience as an RN Case Manager Company Description APN Staffing and Employment Solutions is a recruiting firm specialized in working with clients and candidates in the healthcare and automotive industry.
