Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Adult Day Care

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with feeding and medication administration as needed

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Participate in develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of New York

• Prior experience as a CNA preferred

• Ability to communicate in Persian a plus

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance when needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
