Regional ManagerCornerstone Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company providing 3rd party management services. We manage a diverse set of assets including market rate, senior living, affordable and lease up properties.Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee senior affordable, market rate and LIHTC properties in St George Utah. The ideal candidate is in the general St George area.Full-Time Salary/ExemptTBD (Eligible for Quarterly Bonuses)The Regional Property Manager is a business and team leader. They are responsible to the overall success of their portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Work with on-site staff to stabilize occupancy in portfolioHire, train, mentor and support onsite team membersCommunicate problem solving solutions to asset managers and senior managementReview financial statements, review and approve invoices for paymentIdentify problems, implement solutions to address themReview operational reports, identify areas of improvementOversight of property maintenance and capital projectsEnsure compliance with LIHTC regulationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Must live in St. George areaMinimum 4 years' experience in multi-family property managementMinimum 2 years' LIHTC experience requiredMinimum 1-2 years of Regional Manager Experience requiredWorking knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's licenseStrong communication and customer service skillsStrong analytical and computer skillsSolid communications skills and ability to effectively communicate recommendations directly to senior managementAbility to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goalsDesire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environmentTravel: Ability to travel for site visits and company meetings.
