Exciting Opportunity in a State-of-the-Art Cath Lab!

Job Description:


- Location: Bowling Green, KY
- Unit Name: Cath Lab
- Number of Hospital Beds: 2 Cath Lab Suites
- Patient Ratios: 4 person team to 1 patient

Unit Staffing Description:
- Cath Lab Scrub Techs per case

Type of Equipment:
- Cutting-edge Cath Lab Equipment: GE, IVUS, VOLCANO

Documentation System:
- Merge-Cath Lab Application and Meditech

Scheduling Requirements:
- Call Required: 1 weekend/month and 1-2 days per week

Floating Policy:
- Cath Lab, OP Stress Test 40/week

Certifications:
- KY Rad Tech Licensure Required

Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:
- Must Have:
- BLS, ACLS for Cath Lab RNs and Techs
- Valid ARRT and RCIS Certification for KY
- Cath Lab Specific Experience


- Advanced Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of similar Cath Lab Procedures
- 1 year Cath Lab Travel Experience

Procedures Performed on Unit:
- Diagnostic and Interventional Cath Lab Procedures:
- Left Heart Cath
- Right Heart Cath
- TEEs
- Cardioversion
- Pacer Implants
- Defibrillator Implants
- TILT
- Stress Tests

Dress Code:
- Solid Color Scrubs

Awards/Recognition:
- New State of the Art Cath Lab (March 2023)
- Brand New EP Equipment
