To provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Customer Engagement Representative will act as a patient advocate, handling inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels while ensuring a first-call resolution. Key responsibilities Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound interactions, addressing customer inquiries and coordinating healthcare services such as appointment scheduling and record updates Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues and provide accurate information regarding plan benefits and healthcare navigation Document interactions concisely and accurately while maintaining professionalism and supporting a patient-centered culture Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or health insurance, or successful completion of Customer Engagement Representative 1 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type an average of 40 WPM Working-level knowledge of the English language, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong customer service skills; ability to speak Spanish is desired Certification as a Certified Medical Insurance Specialist is preferred
