Be you ... be here.Job SummaryThe Senior - Financial Strategy Analyst delivers data-driven portfolio performance analyses, forecasts, and financial models to inform strategic business decisions and optimize profitability. The Senior - Financial Strategy Analyst develops client contract deal structures, promotional pricing strategies, and performance tracking tools, while also driving process automation and providing ad-hoc analytical support. Utilizing a deep understanding of portfolio profitability, the Senior - Financial Strategy Analyst collaborates with internal partners and presents financial insights to all management levels, contributing significantly to the organization's financial planning and forecasting processes.Essential Job FunctionsGenerate financial performance analyses and forecasts via data tools and provide comprehensive reporting. Analyze client performance against expectations, identifying variances and trends. Develop and maintain financial models, including pricing and forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - (30%)Proactively identify and propose process improvements based on portfolio trends. Lead internal client discussions and participate in brand strategy sessions. Define project objectives, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. Conduct competitive market research and analysis. - (30%)Independently extract and manipulate data from Essbase, SQL, and MicroStrategy to build and update reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting and analysis. - (15%)Develop and maintain key financial reports and models to support portfolio analysis and forecasting. Create and distribute ad-hoc reports based on evolving business needs. Ensure accuracy and quality of all financial reporting deliverables. - (15%)Manage ad-hoc projects, including interdepartmental collaborations, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
