We're hiring an AV4 Saw Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Tampa. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

AV4 Saw Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Operate an AV4 saw safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to work orders
• Read and follow production instructions and measurements accurately
• Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous saw operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
• Ability to lift materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
