Physician - Psychiatrist

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to join our team. The position is for a Psychiatrist for our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (Out-patient Monday – Friday) with occasional coverage of other service lines. You will work with other psychiatrists within the system on the service at Suburban Hospital. We see a diverse patient population in the out-patient hospital setting. Johns Hopkins Community Physicians serves Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

Place your passion to care for patients towards our role as a Psychiatrist for our Partial Hospitalization Program , where you’ll be responsible for providing the exceptional quality care that our patients expect. This position provides regular work hours with some call allowing ample time for work life balance.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Unrestricted Medical License for the State of Maryland, CDS, DEA - required
• CPR Certification required (AHA or RQI only)
• Board Certified (or eligible if a new graduate) in Psychiatry
• Working days, occasional weekend, holiday
• Mostly out-patient, occasional in-patient and ER coverage
