We are committed to nurturing an enjoyable work atmosphere at our facility demonstrated through activities such as Spirit Days, Cancer Awareness events, Health and Wellness activities, and fun sports opportunities such as basketball and ping pong tournaments!We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package as well as: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO, and more!Opportunities for career advancement and professional growthOngoing learning and training and development opportunitiesCompany and department led team-building activities and eventsResponsibilities:Monitor customer sales activity and nurture new leads and opportunitiesPlan, prepare and execute face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers in given U.S. territory area(s)Cultivate and develop assigned U.S. territory through frequent customer contact by nurturing sales funnel, leads and opportunitiesGrow assigned U.S. territory by expanding targeted accounts, working with marketing on various campaigns, hot leads, and attending tradeshowsAct as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers in assigned U.S. territoryWork directly with various internal customers (including: Marketing, Customer Service, Estimating, Quality, etc.) on pricing, contracts, territory development etc.Travel to meet with customers in assigned territory as business needs requireQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field required3-5 years' technical sales experience required, with strong direct customer contactStrong self and time management skills; Ability to maintain effective communication through all channelsMust possess the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication (knowledge of any CRM system and sales system a plus)Travel, up to 10-12 weeks a year as business needs requireAbility to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basisApply today and discover the opportunities that await you!A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
