Senior Project Manager/Engineer - Transportation | York, PA | Full TimeBuchart Horn is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to lead complex transportation and infrastructure projects. In this leadership role, you'll oversee technical design, project delivery, and client engagement while guiding a team of engineers and designers. This is an opportunity to drive impactful work that improves communities across the region.What You’ll Do:As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from early planning through final design and construction support.
