Videographer (Part-Time, Miami)

Job Description

About Content Forge

\n

Content Forge is a social-first content agency. We build founder-led content, podcasts, YouTube channels and short-form video for brands and operators in ecommerce, B2B/SaaS, sports media, consumer tech and more. We’re looking for a part-time videographer in Miami to film shoots with founders and creators on our client roster.

\n

\n

The role

\n

You’ll be our go-to shooter in Miami. On a typical shoot day you’ll film a founder or creator delivering 10 to 15 short-form videos from scripts our strategists prepare, working alongside a Content Forge producer on set or remotely. Some shoots are podcast or interview setups with multiple cameras, and some are event coverage. Shoots are booked in advance, usually a few days a month, and the schedule grows with our client roster in your city.

\n

\n

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Film vertical short-form videos with clean framing, good light and clear audio.
\n
• Set up and run multicam shoots for podcasts and interviews.
\n
• Light offices, studios and on-location setups so they look good on camera.
\n
• Direct talent through takes so delivery feels natural and confident.
\n
• Capture B-roll that our editors can use to build out each video.
\n
• Organize and upload footage the same day, with clear notes for our editors.
\n
• Show up on time, prepared and professional with clients on set.
\n

\n

\n

What we’re looking for

\n

\n
• A portfolio or reel that shows short-form, interview or founder-style content.
\n
• Your own camera, audio and lighting kit, or reliable access to one.
\n
• Experience lighting and recording audio without a large crew.
\n
• Comfort working with founders and executives who aren’t used to being on camera.
\n
• Reliable, organized and easy to work with.
\n
• Based in or near Miami, with your own transportation to shoots.
\n

\n

\n

Nice to have

\n

\n
• Multicam podcast experience.
\n
• Event or conference coverage experience.
\n
• Basic editing skills, for quick turnarounds.
\n

\n

\n

What we offer

\n

\n
• Recurring part-time work with a growing roster of brands and founders.
\n
• Shoots planned in advance, with scripts and shot lists ready before you arrive.
\n
• A creative, strategy and editing team handling everything before and after the shoot.
\n

\n

\n

How to apply

\n

Send a short introduction, a link to your portfolio or reel, and a list of the gear you own. Tell us your typical availability each month. We’ll review candidates on their portfolio, gear and availability, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short call.
