As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Independence, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel during emergencies, medical calls, evacuations, and/or operational disruptions while following post orders and applicable use-of-force guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
