Medical School Admissions Coach

To support aspiring medical students, the part-time Medical School Admissions Coach will manage a cohort of applicants, providing personalized advising and guidance through the admissions process while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct regular advising sessions with students and their families to assess needs and goals Manage a minimum of five applicants per cycle, ensuring timely support and feedback on application materials Research and provide tailored advice on medical school options and application strategies Required qualifications Graduated from or worked at a top 50 university or top 20 liberal arts college In-depth knowledge of the U.S. medical school admissions process, including AMCAS/AACOMAS systems Familiarity with the broader landscape of U.S. undergraduate and medical education Experience in an educational or academic support role Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective communication with students
