Immediate need for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager (Lending). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly and quarterly go-to-market plans aligned with business growth and revenue objectives. Create strategic campaign briefs and provide direction to channel marketing teams across direct mail, email, and product channels. Drive customer segmentation strategies and continuously refine audience targeting using campaign performance data and customer insights. Analyze campaign results, synthesize data from multiple sources, and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance. Build compelling presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams. Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution. Establish and optimize promotional strategies for lending products, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Influence stakeholders and channel partners through strong communication, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations. Explore and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making. Ensure marketing initiatives comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. Key Requirements and Technology Experience 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or a related marketing discipline. Experience within banking, lending, fintech, credit cards, deposits, or other highly regulated financial services environments. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop recommendations, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution plans. Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into business actions. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills with proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Slides and Google Docs. Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of strategic initiatives Experience in small business lending, consumer lending, commercial lending, or related financial products. Background in campaign management and multi-channel go-to-market execution. Familiarity with fair lending regulations, compliance requirements, risk considerations, and regulated marketing practices. Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows to improve marketing processes and outcomes. Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
